This Privacy Policy explains what information Loyal Loop collects, how we use it, and the choices available to customers, business owners, and administrators.

OVERVIEW

Loyal Loop helps people discover nearby businesses, follow businesses they care about, scan in-store QR codes, receive push notifications, and view local deals. We also provide tools for business owners to manage deals, send updates, and review engagement metrics.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

  • Account information such as name, email address, sign-in method, and phone number if provided
  • Profile information such as ZIP code, saved address, preferences, and notification settings
  • Business information such as business name, address, phone number, and claim details
  • Activity information such as followed businesses, profile views, deal opens, QR interactions, and notification activity
  • Technical information such as device identifiers, push notification tokens, app diagnostics, and security logs

LOCATION, CAMERA, AND NOTIFICATIONS

Loyal Loop may use coarse location information, including ZIP code or location preferences, to show nearby businesses and relevant local deals. If you allow camera access, Loyal Loop uses your camera to scan business QR codes. If you enable notifications, we store a push token so businesses you follow and Loyal Loop administrators can send relevant app alerts.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

  • Create and manage customer, business owner, and admin accounts
  • Show nearby businesses, daily deals, and relevant local content
  • Support business follow, notification, QR, and claim workflows
  • Send push notifications that you choose to receive
  • Measure engagement, improve features, and provide KPI dashboards to businesses
  • Detect abuse, secure the platform, and maintain reliability

HOW INFORMATION IS SHARED

Loyal Loop does not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the app, such as authentication, hosting, notifications, analytics, and billing providers. We may also share limited information when required by law or to protect the security and integrity of the platform.

BUSINESS AND ADMIN FEATURES

If you use Loyal Loop as a business owner or administrator, information submitted through claim requests, business management tools, KPI dashboards, and notification systems may be visible to authorized admins or the business account associated with that listing.

YOUR CHOICES

  • You can update your profile information inside the app
  • You can turn notification, location, or camera access on or off in device settings
  • You can unfollow businesses to stop receiving their business alerts
  • You can request account deletion or privacy support by contacting us

DATA RETENTION AND SECURITY

We keep information for as long as needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the platform. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Loyal Loop is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, when appropriate, provide additional notice.
