COMMON HELP TOPICS
Get notifications: Enable app notifications in your profile, then follow the business from its profile page.
Scan QR code: Open the Scan tab in Loyal Loop and point your camera at the business QR code.
Claim business: Create an account, open your profile, and submit a business claim request.
Stop alerts: Unfollow the business in the app or turn off notifications in your settings.
